Berek Variolabo, a high-performance metal material analyzer manufactured by Germany's Berek, is an emission spectrometer that uses a high-sensitivity photomultiplier detector and a temperature-stable spectrometer. This is a unique metal material analysis device that can be equipped with a spark stand and probe at the same time, making it possible to analyze large samples with high accuracy without cutting them out.
It can accommodate up to 128 channels of photo multiplier, making it ideal for multi-base applications. Ideal for pre-furnace analysis, process control, component analysis, quality control, qualitative/quantitative analysis, separation for metal recycling, identification, steel type/steel type determination, dissimilar material discrimination, etc. of ferrous as well as non-ferrous metal materials. Berek Variolab performs metal material analysis and metal material identification easily and quickly.
