About This Product
■BELEC Compact Port-HLC is a portable (mobile) type metal material analysis device that uses spark discharge optical emission spectroscopy.
It has particularly excellent analysis accuracy and reproducibility for carbon, and by using the newly developed argon UV probe, it is possible to analyze not only carbon but also phosphorus, sulfur, boron, and tin. (Detection limits: C 0.003%, P 0.005%, S 0.005%, B 0.0005%) It is effective for quantitative analysis of low alloy steel and low carbon stainless steel materials.

・The portable type uses the latest 6GSO System (6th Generation Spectrometer Optic System), which is the world's only hybrid spectroscopic optical system.
・Using a temperature-stable spectrometer enables highly accurate and stable analysis without being affected by temperature changes.
- Portable type that can be moved with a dedicated cart (construction sites, scrapyards, plant sites, etc.), making it ideal for on-site analysis.
・By using the newly developed argon UV probe, it is possible to analyze not only carbon but also phosphorus, sulfur, boron, and tin.
・By using the nitrogen optical system option, nitrogen, which is essential for duplex steel analysis, can be analyzed with a detection limit of 0.05%.
・By using an optional battery or small generator, analysis can be performed even in places without AC power.
