About This Product

The S242D-A-IR series is an infrared floodlight suitable for outdoor installation. This is a product that connects two floodlights equipped with 24 high-output LEDs.

By connecting two floodlights, it is possible to project infrared light over a longer distance/wider area. Since the irradiation angle and wavelength can be selected, it can be used flexibly depending on the installation location.

Features
■Infrared floodlightTwo floodlights equipped with 24 high-output LEDs are connected together, making it possible to irradiate over a longer distance. You can select the irradiation angle and wavelength.

■Irradiation angleThe irradiation angle can be selected from a total of 6 types: 15-30 degrees / 30-60 degrees / 45-90 degrees / 60-120 degrees / 90-140 degrees / 120-180 degrees.
*Irradiation distance and range vary depending on the angle. Please refer to the specifications for changes in irradiation distance depending on angle.

■Different wavelengthsWe have a lineup of three types of wavelengths, and you can choose one depending on the installation location.
・850nm: standard wavelength
・940nm: The irradiation distance is shorter than 850nm, but the red color of the LED becomes difficult to see with the naked eye.
・740nm: The irradiation distance is longer than 850nm, but the red color of the LED appears stronger.
*Please refer to the specifications for changes in irradiation distance depending on wavelength.

■Supports outdoor installationThe operating temperature range covers a wide range from -40℃ to 50℃. Additionally, it supports IP66, so it can be installed without the need for a separate box.
