About This Product

TOSK handles the Sepa-CF flat membrane test cell, which is capable of cross-flow testing, manufactured by France's SUEZ (formerly US GE Water Technologies).

Evaluation tests using flat membranes (flat sheets) performed on a laboratory scale make it possible to evaluate more types of membranes quickly and inexpensively on a small scale. For this reason, flat membrane testing is a commonly used test method to explore the feasibility of processing a target process fluid using membrane separation technology.

By using the Sepa-CF flat membrane test cell, it is possible to quickly and inexpensively evaluate the performance of many types of membranes using a small amount of sample liquid. Additionally, the Sepa-CF flat membrane test cell is easy to set up and operate, making it possible to check membrane performance while changing operating conditions such as temperature, pressure, and viscosity.

In addition, TOSK provides various technical support necessary when conducting evaluation tests using flat membranes on a laboratory scale. For example, we collaborate with customers to set objectives and goals for evaluation tests, conduct feasibility tests using actual liquids from various angles, and provide advice on the direction of membrane system development based on the results of evaluation tests.
