We recommend using pressure-resistant stainless steel pipes for large-scale mist systems with long extension distances and large total spray volumes, or for facilities that require clean-looking piping. Installation is easy using compression joint parts that do not require welding.
The advantage of using stainless steel pipes is that in addition to their good appearance, their inner diameter is larger than that of pressure-resistant tubes, so there is less friction loss (reduction in water pressure due to friction of the water in the water supply pipes), and the distance between the pressure pump and the farthest nozzle is small. The extension distance can be extended compared to 3/8” pressure tube.
For large sites, it is also effective to use a stainless steel pipe for the main water supply pipe and a 3/8" pressure tube for the mist line to which the nozzle is attached. When using a stainless steel pipe for the mist line to which the mist nozzle is attached, Stainless steel pipes with pre-welded SUS nozzle fittings are also available.

Nozzle fittings for SUS pipes are also available separately (argon welding is required for 3/8” or 1/2” SUS pipes. Please use 1mm BA pipes for SUS pipes).
