■Latest and advanced camera-based beam profiler for characterizing high-power beams

MicroSpotMonitor MSM+ HB was developed to meet the market demand for constantly increasing power levels of high-brightness lasers. The camera-based system can measure all relevant parameters of the focused laser, and the MSM+ HB measures the power density distribution with the highest resolution and accuracy. Developing a new laser source, optimizing the optical path of a focusing head, or checking the performance of a laser on a processing machine has never been easier or more reliable.

■Advantages

The new "Plus Generation" of the proven MicroSpotMonitor offers higher measurement speeds, improved algorithms and new measurement modes. LaserDiagnosticsSoftware LDS software's fully automated caustic measurements and new features improve the ease of use of basic measurements and can provide detailed information for detailed analysis of beam profiles.

■Technical

MicroSpotMonitor MSM+ HB is the most sophisticated advanced high-power laser and camera-based measurement device on the market. With its unique design and perfectly selected components and optics, the MSM+ HB is ideal for attenuating and imaging laser beams up to 20 kW in multimode and up to 10 kW in single mode. PRIMES' HighBrilliance measurement objectives provide 4.5x magnification and are designed to minimize self-induced focus shifts (~ 5 % / zR*kW SM). An additional beam splitter in the main housing and a filter wheel with selectable neutral density filters extend the measurable power range. In addition, the MSM+ HB is equipped with two selectable internal objectives, extending the possible magnification to 1.8x or 7.1x.
