Primes laser beam diagnostic equipment is suitable for ensuring consistent product quality. FMW+ can be used in a wide range of applications and provides accurate measurements even in the tightest spaces. FMW+ has a special design that allows analysis even at CW high output power. For high output power, the FMW+ has a compact design and incorporates the new electronics of the internationally successful FM+, with a maximum input power of 1,000 W. Measurements with the compact FMW+ ensure that the beam quality of your processing system is up to standard. With FMW+, you can measure the geometric focused beam size, the position of the focused point in space, beam parameters, and beam quality M2.

■Principle

FMW+ is a laser beam diagnostic device that measures a focused beam diameter of 100um to 3mm in a very narrow space. Although the FMW+ does not have a Z-axis mechanism like the FM+, it is possible to measure caustic using the Z-axis of the laser system. By simply replacing the appropriate rotating tip and detector, a single FMW+ can measure up to 1,000W of NIR or CO2 lasers. The maximum measurement window size is 8x8mm and the maximum resolution is 1,024x1,024 pixels.

■Rotating chip and detector

The rotary tip and detector are easy to replace and can be replaced by the user within minutes. The FMW+ set includes the main unit, 2 detectors, 2 rotating chips, a special plastic case, and accessories.

■NIR laser measurement set

・Detector DFIG-PS+: Uses a photodiode that converts into an electrical signal for NIR laser (wavelength 1-1.17um), automatic sensitivity adjustment ・Rotating tip for NIR laser: Measures high output power solid-state laser with appropriate sensitivity, damage threshold 10 MW/cm^2 (7,500 revolutions/1 minute using He non-flammable gas)

■Measurement set for CO2 laser

・Detector DFC+: Detector with infrared sensor for CO2 laser (wavelength 9-12um) ・Rotating tip: Measures high output power CO2 laser with appropriate sensitivity, damage threshold 30MW/cm^2 (7,500 rotations/1 minute using He nonflammable gas)
