■Product specifications

This is an automatic surface polishing machine that specializes in surface leveling during polishing. After embedding in resin, it can be set while attached to the central load holder. With its powerful power, you can reduce the time and effort required for surface leveling. It was created for customers who produce hundreds of cross-sectional specimens every day. MECAPLAN350 is an automatic stone grinder that allows for rapid and extensive removal of material while maintaining sample integrity. Powerful, fast and wide, it optimizes the polishing process with considerable time and consumable savings. Designed for dedicated use, this machine is especially suitable for laboratories or workshops that perform a large number of tests and handle large samples.

■Stability and power

Designed to achieve rapid wheel grinding by applying strong force and low vibration. Equipped with a powerful engine, the MECAPLAN 350 is a stable and sturdy machine thanks to its solid frame.

■Sample holder

・Φmaximum 220mm ・Various types of sample holders other than PRESI products can be used.

■Integrated filtration recycling unit

-Residual material can be collected during grinding. -Easy to work during maintenance.

■User protection

- Provides a transparent protective cover to protect the work area in case samples that are not securely fixed may be ejected.

■Cleaning nozzle

To extend machine life, the cleaning nozzle can be removed with one touch, allowing for quick cleaning of the polishing area.

■Automatic diamond dressing system

- Automatic surface roughness sensor and material removal sensor can restore the flatness and grinding power of the grinder wheel. - Guarantees maximum performance with accurate results and perfect sample surface quality.

■Large color touch screen
