This is a vibration polishing machine for final super-finishing, which is performed to achieve observation purposes that require higher flatness on the sample surface after polishing. The flow marks and distortions that inevitably occur during sample polishing are removed by polishing by hitting the buffing surface with vibration. There is no power to remove scratches, so if any scratches remain, remove them before polishing the sample. Observation purposes that require flatness are mainly EBSD and EPMA.

VIBROTECH 300 is a Ø305 mm vibratory polishing machine. Constructed with rigid industrial grade materials and components. This is a laboratory-use machine that incorporates all of PRESI's know-how.
■Vibration polishing
Vibratory polishing is suitable for micro-abrasive finishing at the super-finish polishing stage, especially for EBSD (Electron Backscatter Diffraction) or AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). This polishing method protects inclusions and prevents surface hardening. VIBROTECH300 is able to reveal the microstructure of samples thanks to its mechanochemical properties.
■Rust prevention function
Limits crystallization and corrosion on the surface of the polished sample even in the absence of an operator at the end of the polishing cycle. This feature preserves sample integrity.
■Flexible usage
VIBROTECH 300's vibration frequency and amplitude can be changed in real time.
■Durability and features
Its assertive style and sliced lines are easily recognizable from the new design, which has a sleek, sleek carbon look.
■Hood
A transparent lid is attached for easy cleaning.
■Use
The polishing bowl is quick and easy to load. Tank removal is electrically assisted. You can easily attach the clamp flange of the polishing pad.
