■Product specifications
This is a low-priced version of the MECATECH300SPC model and is easy to purchase. Recommended for those who want to polish with a φ300mm plate and those who have plenty of installation space. *The original safety cover cannot be attached.
■Polishing head
- Controlled by frequency and driven by powerful gears.
- Automatically locks at the start of the cycle, avoiding any risk of errors.
- When manually polishing, you can slide the head to open the polishing board to the maximum extent possible. (Excluding 300 SPS)
■Material removal function
It is possible to program the amount of grinding during full load grinding. A highly accurate linear gauge (±5μ using a suitable polishing pad) measures the movement of the cylinder. This feature frees the operator from tedious tasks.
■Optimum polishing quality
It is possible to accurately measure and stabilize air pressure using a solenoid valve. The pressure applied to the sample is always constant, which helps improve reproducibility.
■Precise dosing
The lubricant is applied automatically by a tank with a pump. They serve to avoid heating of the polishing sample, ensuring accurate dosing and freeing up the operator.
