About This Product

■Product specifications

This acrylic resin is ideal for those who want to embed in a short time and also want to include conductivity for SEM observation. The main material contains carbon, and after hardening and polishing, it can be observed by SEM without vapor deposition. When the base resin and curing agent are mixed, it is a little viscous, so it is not a resin that is good at penetrating into small gaps, but it is a resin that has the advantage of reducing the time between polishing and observation. KM-CO is an acrylic resin that hardens by mixing powder and liquid. Can be used with heat-resistant materials.

Used for SEM observation and electrolytic polishing.

■Features

Since KM-CO resin contains carbon in its base material, it is the most suitable resin for objects where the final observation purpose is SEM observation or electrolytic polishing is required. There is no need for vapor deposition, and you can observe it as is after polishing.
