PRESSURE VESSEL is a device for removing bubbles from fast-curing resins such as acrylic resins. For resins that take a long time to harden, such as epoxy resins and polyester resins, bubbles are generally removed by vacuum defoaming, but for resins that harden quickly, such as acrylic resins, they need to be quickly removed by applying pressure. The procedure for use is to mix the acrylic resin, place it in a pressurizer, send compressed air in a sealed state, pressurize it, and leave it for the time required for curing. You can work in the same amount of time as you fill it. This is a pressure device that can very easily remove air bubbles from room-temperature curing resin. It can be used simply by flowing compressed air from the compressor into the intake port. In particular, when using the KM series acrylic resin, which hardens in such a short time that air bubbles cannot be removed using a vacuum deaerator, this container can reduce shrinkage and greatly remove air bubbles.
