■Product specifications

Poly vac is a device that defoams during the long-term curing of room-temperature curing resin. During polishing after embedding, if there are bubbles left on the edges where observation is planned, or depending on the condition of the gap between the sample and the resin, the polishing quality may change or the final observation may be hindered. This is a device that helps remove bubbles to prevent such problems from occurring. Normally, when vacuum degassing, you have to repeat several sets of ``5-minute vacuum ⇒ decompression'', but this machine can program all of these steps, so anyone can do it in the same way with good reproducibility. We often consult with customers about the overflow of resin due to the generation of large amounts of bubbles during vacuum degassing, and the accelerated heat generation of the resin, which can occur if the vacuum is continued at high pressure without reducing the pressure. If you use this machine, such incidents will be reduced. Additionally, since the resin can be poured while vacuuming, it is also possible to impregnate small areas.
