About This Product

CAMEO DISK Silver and Gold are highly abrasive lapping discs that use BioDiamont liquid as the abrasive medium. It is possible to precisely polish everything from soft objects to very hard objects. It is easy to handle, and by changing the particle size of BioDiamant liquid with a single disc, it can replace the polishing process with 240-4,000 grit waterproof abrasive paper, making it very cost effective.

■Material properties・CAMEO DISK Silver
This is an abrasive disc for medium-hard to ultra-hard materials. (> 200 HV) Use with 12-6μm BioDiamant liquid.

・CAMEO DISK Gold
Polishing disc for soft, non-ferrous materials. Use with 12-3μm BioDiamant liquid.

■How to usePlace it on a magnetic polisher and polish by dropping BioDiamont liquid at regular intervals. After use, we recommend washing with running water and drying to maintain the disc surface.
