About This Product

■Resin for sample analysis manufactured by KULZER in Germany Technovit® 5071

Technovit 5071 is a fast-curing resin based on acrylic. It is cured with two components: powder and liquid.

■Material properties

Once cured, Technovit 5071 can be dissolved in acetone, dichloromethane, etc. It has high adhesion and, like 4071, has excellent machinability and polishing workability.

■How to use

Mixing ratio 1:1 to 1:3 (powder:liquid) Thoroughly mix the powder and liquid in a mixing cup. After mixing, it will harden in 8-10 minutes.

■Precautions for use

Technovit 5071 produces bubbles during curing. By using the pressurizer Technomat, resin embedding without bubbles is possible.
