About This Product

■Resin for sample analysis manufactured by KULZER in Germany Technovit® 5000

Technovit 5000 is a fast-curing resin based on acrylic. It is cured with two components: powder and liquid.

■Material properties

Technovit 5000 contains copper powder and has the conductivity necessary for SEM observation, and can also be used for electrolytic polishing of metal samples.

■How to use

Mixing ratio 2:1 (powder:liquid) Thoroughly mix the powder and liquid in a mixing cup. After mixing, it will harden in 7-12 minutes.

■Precautions for use

Technovit 5000 produces bubbles during curing. By using the pressurizer Technomat, resin embedding without bubbles is possible.
