About This Product

■Resin for sample analysis manufactured by KULZER in Germany Technovit® 4071

Technovit 4071 is a fast-curing resin based on acrylic. It is cured with two components: powder and liquid.

■Material properties

Technovit 4071 is a resin that has excellent flowability, is easy to work with, can fit into complex shapes, and has a short curing time. It has excellent cutting and polishing properties and is ideal for soft samples such as aluminum.

■How to use

Mixing ratio 2:1 (powder:liquid) Thoroughly mix the powder and liquid in a mixing cup. After mixing, it will harden in 5-7 minutes.

■Precautions for use

Technovit 4071 produces bubbles during curing. By using the pressurizer Technomat, resin embedding without bubbles is possible.
