About This Product

■Resin for sample analysis manufactured by KULZER in Germany Technovit® 4006

Technovit 4006 is an acrylic cold cure resin with higher transparency and lower heat stress than 4004. It is cured with two components: powder and liquid.

■Material properties

Technovit 4006 is transparent, making it ideal when you need to see embedded specimens during specimen preparation.

■How to use

Mixing ratio 2:1 (powder:liquid) Thoroughly mix the powder and liquid in a mixing cup. After mixing, it will harden in 9-12 minutes.

■Precautions for use

Technovit 4006 produces bubbles during curing. By using the pressurizer Technomat, it is possible to embed resin with fewer air bubbles and high transparency.
