■Resin for sample analysis manufactured by KULZER in Germany Technovit® 4004

Technovit 4004 is a short-curing resin based on acrylic. It is cured with two components: powder and liquid.

■Material properties

Technovit 4004 is transparent, making it ideal when you need to see embedded specimens during specimen preparation. Not only the metal product manufacturing industry but also the electronic We have many achievements in the electronics industry.

■How to use

Mixing ratio 2:1 (powder:liquid) Thoroughly mix the powder and liquid in a mixing cup. After mixing, it will harden in 9-12 minutes.

■Precautions for use

Technovit 4004 produces bubbles during curing. By using the pressurizer Technomat, it is possible to embed resin with fewer air bubbles and high transparency.
