About This Product

■Resin for sample analysis Technomat® manufactured by KULZER in Germany

Technomat is a compact pressure vessel that can pressurize up to approximately 2.0 atmospheres. Specially designed for short curing resins. With Technomat it is possible to create test samples that are free of bubbles and of high quality. In particular, when used with transparent Technovit products such as Technovit 4004 and 4006, transparent resin embedding with fewer bubbles can be achieved.

■Mold for resin embedding

This polyethylene mold is widely used for embedding observation samples in resin. It has a smooth surface and allows for easy sample removal. It has high strength and can be used repeatedly. Available in diameters of 15mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm, making them ideal for automatic or manual polishing machines.

■Mounting aid for fixing the sample

When embedding in resin, the specimen must be firmly fixed in the mold. Polyethylene specimen mounting aids are easy to use, cost-effective, and can be used to position specimens of any shape. Support widths are 1, 2, and 3mm, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
