The model called MECATOME T300 before the renewal has been discontinued for a while, but now it has been renewed and returned. The spacious table is equipped with a stainless steel pallet and has a T-groove, so you can fix the fixing jig anywhere you like. If a stainless steel pallet is accidentally damaged or chipped by a cutting wheel, only that part of the pallet can be replaced.
There are two coolant nozzles as standard, and two additional coolant nozzles can be installed as an option, allowing you to cut samples with sufficient cooling and prevention of burning. The cover has an interlock, so you can use it safely and securely. (It cannot be rotated unless the cover is closed, and the cover cannot be opened while it is rotating.) The color touch panel operation that anyone can easily operate allows you to set the rotation speed and visualize the load. It can lead to improved sexual performance. The lever on the right side and the grindstone are linked, making good use of the weight of the motor and allowing you to cut with a certain amount of hand strength.
The cutting wheel can be installed without tools, so it can be easily replaced. There are small windows on both sides of the cover, which can be removed to secure and cut long objects that protrude from the device. The small window is removed using a hexagonal screw, but there is a rubber pleat to prevent the coolant from splashing out after removal.
MCATOME T305 is a large cutting machine that can be equipped with a grindstone up to φ300mm. The rotation speed can be varied from 1,000 to 4,000 rpm, and parameters can be set to suit the type and hardness of the material, from soft to hard. In addition, the stainless steel pallet table can be used in a spacious manner, and the fixing jig can be attached to any location, making it ideal for fixing materials with complex shapes.
