The orthogonal robot "JC-3 Series" is a series that combines a variety of functions, a dedicated controller with a built-in system that is easy to use, and a robot body that combines each axis with abundant stroke sizes. It is easy to install a dialogue using a teaching pendant that is easy to install like a desktop robot, and does not require troublesome settings. <Main features> ･ Ideal for inline application robots ･ Screw tightening robot A dedicated software that incorporates various convenient functions suitable for screwing work and application work is provided, so it is possible to significantly reduce the set time when using it for application and screw tightening. In addition, we also have highly versatile standard software. It has abundant interfaces and makes it easy to connect to the external device. With a built -in simple PLC function, PLC does not require simple signal exchanges. ･ Use accurate motors that meet your needs Use a feedback control stepping motor for the X -axis and Y axis. The maximum portable amount is 8 kg, the maximum acceleration is 5000 mm/s2, and the maximum speed 800 mm/s is realized. ･ Enriched communication function LAN (Ethernet) port, three COM (RS232C) port are standard equipment. Equipped with a field bus as an option (compatible with various standards. Please contact us for details). It is possible to specify the program number and operate from the PLC, as well as specify and move the coordinates, and rewrite the coordinates of the program. ･ Easy introduction of a vision system The camera function has been enhanced to the more and more miniaturized manufacturing work. Teaching pendants (options) can be provided to teach by jog operation. ･ Teaching pendants correspond to 11 types of languages To be used by more staff overseas, teaching pendants can be selected from 11 languages: Japanese, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Korean (Simplified / Trump), Czech, Vietnamese. ･ No return to the origin is required (Absolute specification * 1) Because the current location is memorized, there is no worry about interference by returning to the origin. * 1 Absolute specification is only a 3 -axis machine.
