About This Product

■Features- High-quality butt skin can be obtained by slicing along the wood grain. Additionally, since both ends of the material are automatically detected, you can use it without worrying about the length of the flitch to be sliced.
・Rolls are placed on the table to reduce frictional resistance during material feeding. Additionally, water rolls are installed on the front and rear auxiliary tables.
- Thick stainless steel plate is used for the table surface to improve flatness accuracy, resulting in a further improvement in veneer accuracy.
・The material feeding speed can be set from 30 to 80 m/min by inverter control, and by changing the speed, you can obtain the best texture from thin to thick.
・By adopting an inverter brake, we have reduced the number of consumables related to material feeding brakes.
- A special alloy is used for the blade edge to reduce wear on the blade edge due to friction and to suppress discoloration of the material that occurs during slicing.
- The height and gap of the blade table can be easily adjusted by operating the handle.
・Can slice up to 13mm. (The maximum thickness varies depending on the tree species and the boiling condition of the wood.)
- Rubber-wrapped rolls are used to drive the material, achieving efficient power transmission.
・The flitch is firmly fixed using a special material feeding belt, which reduces material slippage during material feeding.
- Various settings can be changed and adjusted easily on the graphic panel.
- Adopts a vertical punching method, so the blade length is short, making replacement and resharpening easier. Also, the polishing machine can be small.
- Compact design saves space. Also, you don't need a strong foundation.
