■Vertical cutter method born from the pursuit of low noiseEven carbide materials and South Sea materials containing resin can be easily cut. There are few "chips" around the joints and the reverse stitch stops. Ideal for regulating the thickness of laminated wood, core material, MDF, etc.

■Amitec's unique vertical rotary cutter method.Mainly aimed at reducing noise, the machine uses a vertical rotary cutter system, which is a completely new version of the conventional planer barrel automatic planer mechanism. The major feature of this method is the low noise of 75 dB (A) when idling and 76 to 80 dB (A) when cutting, so there is little noise difference between cutting and idling, so you can always work quietly and comfortably.

■Can easily cut carbide materials and South Sea materials containing resin.The rotary cutter for cutting uses carbide tips. By changing the cutter model according to the processing purpose, it is easy to process carbide materials such as ebony, rosewood, and quince, as well as South Sea wood containing resin, northern sea wood, softwood, and resin, which were particularly difficult to process with the conventional planer barrel type. Can be cut to a beautiful finish. Also, when bonding, it is superior to those processed using conventional automatic planing machines.

■There are few "chips" around the joints, and the reverse stitch stops.Since the vertical rotary cutter method performs cross-cutting, there are fewer "chips" around the joints that occur with impact cutting such as the planer barrel type, and it also prevents back-cutting.

■Easy to replace and adjust the cutter.Since the blade uses a rotating cutter, replacement and adjustment can be done easily in a short time without requiring the same skill as with the planer barrel type.

■Special endless belt for smooth material feeding.It uses a special endless belt that is hard and has excellent wear resistance, so material feeding efficiency is outstanding.

■Strong frame structure.The frame has a strong structure, so you can always use it with stable performance without vibration.
