-Safety design with emphasis on operability. Equipped with a double safety construction material bounce prevention device based on JIS safety construction standards. The safety design focuses on safety and ease of use.
・Stable linear accuracy. The caterpillar is made of strong cast iron. Excellent strength and abrasion resistance. In addition, double chevron guide rails are used to maintain high accuracy for a long period of time.
・There are almost no cut marks. Adopts a high-precision saw shaft unit. Prevents "cut marks" caused by saw vibration and cuts into beautiful cuts.
・Easy maintenance. Equipped with an automatic lubrication device that automatically lubricates the main parts, making maintenance easy.
・Feeds materials with low noise. Noise and vibration during high-speed material feeding have been significantly reduced compared to conventional machines.
- Material feeding speed can be set arbitrarily using a continuously variable transmission.
・Foot switch type automatic thickness setting device. A foot switch allows you to automatically set thickness and pressure settings for efficient work. (NRG35, NRG45S are standard, NRG30 is optional)
