About This Product
■Summary
Ideal for cutting post foam materials. The post form position is controlled by AC servo, so it is accurate.Also, post form cutting position can be easily set on the operation panel.
■Features
・Cleanly cuts processed materials that are prone to chipping with conventional cutting, such as materials with melamine, veneer, etc., and painted materials.
- The post-form specification prevents chipping on the end surface that tends to occur when cutting with regular panel saws and running saws, allowing for beautiful cuts.
- 2-axis cutting with a post-form axis reduces cutting time and allows for efficient cutting work.
- Equipped with a digital display device that allows you to automatically position the ruler by inputting the cutting dimensions.
■Processing use
Doors of system kitchens, top plates, side plates, middle plates of furniture, etc., as well as substrates such as MDF and perch with melamine or paper pasted on the front and back sides, and painted processed materials that are easily chipped when cut.
