About This Product

Outstanding durability with a high-quality frame structure with excellent rigidity. Excellent cost performance.

■StandardRuler feed rack & pinion, 1-axis ruler feed servo motor, shaving device, single plate holding device, ruler table wheel conveyor type (9 rows), upper and lower claw chucking device, straight pipe type dust collector, rope switch, safety limit, Foot switch, saw road safety cover.

■Special orderFront and rear of the saw path, with auxiliary table air floating. Floating ring blower 2.7kW. Main saw motor has increased horsepower by 7.5kW. 2 mobile auxiliary tables (500 x 1,000). Manual side holding device (rear side only). Automatic lubrication device.

■Applicationswood, resin cutting

■Features- 5.7 inch color graphic panel adopted. Machine operation can be selected from manual operation, semi-automatic operation, and automatic operation, and it is simple and easy for anyone to use.
- You can input the following machining dimensions during semi-automatic operation. (PC specifications are available as standard specifications) New functions added in H30.3
・It is possible to cut the remaining material down to "0", allowing for waste-free processing.
・Maximum cutting thickness 80mm
-The ruler table uses a wheel conveyor type.
・Single material holding device.
- Equipped with a safety shutter device in front of the material presser, the saw cannot be seen through the gap between the presser foot and is safe.
- The cutting saw automatically detects the length of the workpiece and cuts with an efficient amount of movement.
・Equipped with upper and lower jaw type workpiece chucking device. Overlap cutting is possible. (Claw joints cannot be installed)
・Rack and pinion is used to move the ruler. Highly accurate positioning is possible using a servo motor.
・There is a 1-shaft type for both marking and a 2-shaft type for marking and main shaft.
・Saw movement is rack & pinion self-propelled and inverter controlled.
・The saw part dust collection is a straight pipe type and has excellent dust collection efficiency.

■Main safety devicesWire rope type full stop switch with safety limit that will not operate when the saw cover is open.
