About This Product
■High performance and efficiency.
・The saw movement automatically detects the workpiece width and cuts aluminum with an efficient movement distance.
・The workpiece chucking is a locking type with upper and lower claws, so it is possible to cut aluminum materials in layers. It is possible to cut to the remaining size "0", allowing for waste-free machining until the end.
・Separate material holding devices are placed in the front and rear. The dust collection efficiency during edge cutting is very good.
- Comes with saw cutting oil mist spraying device.
- Saw dust collection screw conveyor + cover belt system. (Patent pending)
・Equipped with air floating device before and after the saw path

LM guide, ball screw automatic oil supply device included, rack and pinion used for saw movement, cutting oil mist device included, no chucking device, elevating resin wheel conveyor inside the rear surface plate, side holding device included
