About This Product

■Summary

This machine is a wet belt polishing device (bottom type) that deburrs pressed parts with pins (protrusions) using coated abrasive paper. By placing the pin side at the top and the processing side (burr side) at the bottom, the workpiece is fed stably. Tool attachment and detachment can be completed within 30 seconds, and almost no machine setup time is required. It is space-saving and features high-speed processing, making it ideal for line production.

- Tool attachment/detachment can be completed within 30 seconds, requiring almost no machine setup time. ・This machine is space-saving and features high-speed processing, making it ideal for line production. ・Table extension specification (custom order): By lengthening the material input section, material transfer from the previous process can be made smoother. ・Work material draining air blow device (custom order): Simple air blow is installed on the top and bottom to prevent large amounts of grinding fluid from being taken out. - Material feeding method can be selected from special belt method and caterpillar method according to the processing application. ・Filtration device (custom order): The magnetic separator type filtration device allows the grinding fluid to be used in circulation.
