About This Product

■Features

・Wet grinding method. The grinding belt uses a water-resistant belt. Because it uses a wet grinding method, metals and non-ferrous metals can be ground without scattering dust. Moreover, the grinding belt is highly durable. ・Rough grinding to finish polishing can be done in one pass. (2-head, 3-head type) By changing the number of grinding belts, finishing can be done in one pass. ・Belt material feeding method. Enables powerful and reliable material feeding without uneven material feeding. Moreover, belt replacement is easy. - Thickness display device that allows you to see thickness settings at a glance. The thickness setting of the processed material can be easily checked on the digital display. (Display is 1/100mm) -Easy to attach and detach the grinding belt. Adopts air cylinder method. The grinding belt can be easily replaced by turning the switch ON and OFF. ・Can grind short materials. Short materials such as steel and cast iron can be automatically magnetized, demagnetized, and cleaned simply by placing them on the material conveying belt using a powerful magnetic chuck and demagnetizing device. It can be processed.

■Options

- Can be polished using a grinding belt and wheel depending on the material to be processed. The grinding belt and wheels can be used differently depending on the processing purpose, and can be used for a wide range of purposes, including grinding and hairline processing. Wheels can be selected depending on the purpose. - Grinding speed can be set arbitrarily using an inverter. - There are two types of filtration devices: magnetic separator type and paper filter type.
