About This Product

■Summary

By combining a belt grinder and a planetary brush, it is now possible to perform deburring with higher quality than ever before. During deburring, the grinding belt in the first process removes large burrs, and the planetary brush in the second process removes minute burrs, allowing for complete deburring.

■3-head belt grinding machine with planetary brush

・It is a system in which three rotating brushes revolve together as one, and the direction of rotation of the brushes can be selected. - The rotation speed of the brush is adjustable. - Belt conveyor type feeding device allows for stable conveyance. - A magnetic chuck is built into the table to stabilize the material during deburring. ・Efficient demagnetization is possible using the demagnetizer on the machine outlet side. - Wide-angle load ammeter allows you to easily check load current. ・You can check the head height with the digital display. (1/100mm unit) - The grinding belt is tensioned by an air cylinder, so it can be easily tensioned/loosened using the select switch, making it easy to replace the grinding belt. - No need to dress the brush.
