About This Product

■Reliable performance proven by track recordD-type head with grinding power. The D-type head is a large-diameter grinding roll head, and you can choose from four types depending on the application, from thickness regulation to heavy-duty grinding.
1, flat iron roll
2. Flat rubber roll (for heavy grinding)
3. Spiral grooved iron roll (for precision thickness regulation)
4, spiral grooved rubber roll

A type and AV type heads have a wide range of uses, from final polishing to heavy grinding. Equipped with an air cushion pad and front and lower grinding roll mechanism. This mechanism can perform three types of processing: 1. Grinding using the front and lower grinding rolls 2. Polishing using the air cushion pad 3. Grinding and polishing using the front and lower grinding rolls in combination with the air action pad. (Like the D-type head, you can choose from four types of grinding rolls.)

The operation panel uses a touch panel. When setting the processing thickness, input the dimensions on the touch panel and positioning can be done with one touch. The table position can be checked even during processing. Other settings can also be changed and checked on the touch panel. Special order: Automatic pad position adjustment can also be set using the touch panel.

Ideal for polishing painted surfaces. Air action pad. Since it applies uniform and constant pressure to the processed surface, even if the workpiece is extremely narrow or has warps, distortions, twists, etc., it can sand evenly along the unevenness. It can be used to uniformly finish general plywood, square timbers with small widths, as well as veneered plywood, painted surfaces, flush objects, and frame objects. Especially suitable for polishing painted surfaces.

Sanding belt automatic braking device. The sanding belt will automatically stop running in the following cases.
1. When the sanding belt is abnormally biased
2. When the sanding belt is damaged
3. When air pressure decreases
4. During power outage

Designed with safety in mind during work. The sanding head is covered with a door-type cover to improve safety, reduce noise, and improve dust collection efficiency during work.

A special air tension device that makes it easy to attach, detach, and tension the sanding belt. The sanding belt can be easily tightened with a switch. In addition, the tension pressure can be adjusted freely using the adjustment valve.

■OptionsAutomatic padding device that prevents "edge sagging" at the front and back of processed materials. Polishing the surface of decorative plywood with adhesively bonded thin veneers of 0.2 to 0.3 mm thickness also prevents "edge sagging" on the front and back, resulting in a uniform finish.
