■Summary

・Minimum processing thickness 0.2mm. - Ideal for polishing thin objects such as veneers. ・The pass line is constant, making it ideal for forming lines. ・Improved frame rigidity and increased the diameter of each roll. Durability and processing accuracy have been improved. ・Each feed is equipped with a dedicated roll drive device, increasing material feeding power. Maintenance has become easier.

■Features

・Sanding speed can be arbitrarily varied according to the material to be processed. - Comes with sanding belt automatic brake device. (Full stop) The sanding belt will automatically stop running when the sanding belt is abnormally shifted or damaged, or when the air pressure drops. - Adopts graphic operation panel. Digital display allows you to see the processing thickness at a glance. When setting the processing thickness, input the dimensions on the touch panel and positioning can be done with one touch. - Material feeding speed can be varied using the touch panel. - The sanding belt oscillation device uses an optical sensor. It operates with a small amount of air consumption. ・Improved frame rigidity and increased the diameter of each roll. Durability and processing accuracy have been improved. ・Each material feeding drive roll has an individual drive device, increasing material feeding power. Maintenance has become easier. - The sanding belt can be attached and detached with a one-touch (air) type, and can be easily tightened with a changeover switch. ・Sanding belt cleaning device is standard equipment.
