About This Product

■Summary

・Due to the top surface reference method, sanding is performed using the sanded surface as a reference, so sanding can be performed with a constant polishing pressure. - The sanding roll uses an extremely soft rubber roll, so it sands with a soft touch. - The lower material feed roll is an air cushion type, which provides soft polishing pressure and is suitable for a wide range of applications. ・Since the sanding roll can be eccentric, it is easy to adjust the sanding settings and the thickness error of the sanding belt. ・The sanding speed can be infinitely variable using an inverter, so it can be set arbitrarily to match the material to be processed. - Material feeding speed is continuously variable using an inverter. When polishing the painted surface of floor materials, the material feed speed can be increased.
