-A measuring tool that can easily test hardness from HRC40 to HRC65.
・It is convenient to carry in your pocket when you cannot test large workpieces or special steel materials outdoors. One set is useful for checking the hardness of the work material before cutting, and for checking the hardness reached after heat treatment.
■Features
- Set of 6, hardness is color-coded by grip.
- The grip has a non-slip effect and fits easily in your hand.
・As a method of use, if you remove any rust from the test material and rub it by pressing it with a tester, if the object gets scratched, the hardness will be less than the hardness indicated on the tester.
・If there are no scratches, please check with a tester that is one rank higher. The tip of the tester is bent, so it is possible to check the hardness of flat, curved, and inner diameter surfaces.
