About This Product
LED lighting for industrial use and image processing "LED Luminar Series". In addition to ring type, line type, and transmission type, you can choose from a complete lineup including spot lighting, fiber lighting series, and infrared/ultraviolet LED lighting.
■Coaxial spot illumination type FV-K SERIES Spot light/Parallel light/Pseudo coaxial light
This is a coaxial epi-illuminated spot light source. Objects that are difficult to reach, such as narrow or deep areas, can be illuminated from the same axis as the camera position. The light source uses condensed spot lighting that suppresses light spread and uses high-brightness power LEDs, making it possible to firmly deliver light to workpieces in locations that were previously difficult to detect and observe. .
In addition to visible light, we also have a lineup of infrared and ultraviolet light colors, so it can also be used for inspection and detection of coating materials and adhesives using fluorescent light.
■Applications
Inspecting the presence of parts on workpieces that are deep or a little far away, observing the condition after machining such as remaining foreign objects and burrs, various dimensional inspections, appearance inspections, etc.
Features
■Coaxial epi-illuminated spot light source
Highly directional lighting that suppresses the spread of light. Since it emits a focused spot from the same axis as the camera, it is possible to brightly illuminate workpieces that are difficult to reach with normal light sources and take clear photographs.
■3 types of spot light spread
Three types of light irradiation are available as standard, from 10mm spot focusing to 60mm wide irradiation. You can choose according to the work size and purpose.
■A variety of lighting colors are available
Eight colors are available as standard: white, red, green, blue, infrared (850nm, 940nm), and ultraviolet (365nm, 400nm). Emission colors can be easily selected according to the inspection target and purpose.
We can also accommodate shapes other than standard products, such as changing the size of the coaxial box or incorporating multiple spot lights into one case.
