About This Product
LED lighting for industrial use and image processing "LED Luminar Series". We create a wide variety of reliable, stable lighting while fully drawing out the excellent characteristics of LEDs, such as long life, power savings, and a variety of colors. In addition to ring type, line type, and transmission type, you can choose from a complete lineup including spot lighting, fiber lighting series, and infrared/ultraviolet LED lighting.
■Power line type DL-H SERIES Direct light
Large line lighting using high brightness power LEDs. Also useful as line camera lighting. We have a lineup of 28 types with a maximum length of 2,100 mm, and we also have a 2-row specification with wide irradiation. Light distribution characteristics can be selected from wide type and narrow type.
■Applications
Inspection of long workpieces with little gloss or reflection, inspection of target workpieces that require a high amount of light, etc.
Features
■28 types available up to 2,100mm
The length of the light emitting part is available in 150mm increments from 150 to 2,100mm. (Can also be manufactured in 75mm units by special order)
■Natural air cooling type that allows continuous lighting for long periods of time
The case uses a highly effective heat dissipation case to minimize heat generation, so there is no problem with continuous lighting for long periods of time.
■Uses a slide nut that allows for a high degree of freedom in installation.
The sides and back of the case are equipped with rails for slide nuts, increasing the degree of freedom in installation.
■Two-row specification with wide irradiation is also available.
Two types of LED arrays are available: 1-row specification and 2-row specification. Please choose depending on the light intensity and irradiation range.
■Light distribution characteristics can be selected
You can choose between a wide type and a narrow type of lens to be attached to the front of the power LED. *The spread of light varies depending on the emission wavelength.
