About This Product
LED lighting for industrial use and image processing "LED Luminar Series". We create a wide variety of reliable, stable lighting while fully drawing out the excellent characteristics of LEDs, such as long life, power savings, and a variety of colors. In addition to ring type, line type, and transmission type, you can choose from a complete lineup including spot lighting, fiber lighting series, and infrared/ultraviolet LED lighting.
■Direct irradiation Low angle ring type DR-LA SERIES Direct irradiation
By placing the light in a low position and lighting from diagonally above, you can obtain clear images that emphasize the contours and edges of the subject (workpiece). The LEDs are arranged in a ring in a more vertical direction and illuminate towards the center. The light from the element illuminates the object directly and brightly. Emission colors and a wide range of illumination ring diameters match the purpose, making it suitable for a variety of workpieces and detection.

Features
■Clearly captures edges and irregularities
This type has a steep angle of inclination. By illuminating the subject from a low position at a close irradiation distance, markings, scratches, edges, etc. on the subject will be clearly highlighted.
■A variety of lighting colors are available
White, red, green, blue, infrared (850nm, 940nm, etc.) and ultraviolet (365nm, 375nm, 400nm, etc.) colors are available as standard. Emission colors can be easily selected according to the inspection target and purpose. You can choose the emission wavelength for infrared and ultraviolet light.
