About This Product
LED lighting for industrial use and image processing "LED Luminar Series". We create a wide variety of reliable, stable lighting while fully drawing out the excellent characteristics of LEDs, such as long life, power savings, and a variety of colors. In addition to ring type, line type, and transmission type, you can choose from a complete lineup including spot lighting, fiber lighting series, and infrared/ultraviolet LED lighting.
■High power flat ring type DR-FH SERIES Diffused light
Flat ring lighting with no tilt angle using power LEDs. Large ring sizes with outer diameters of φ273 and φ353 are also available. A diffuser plate is included as standard, but it can also be removed.
■Applications
・Various foreign matter inspection
・Surface inspection
・Inspection of printed surface dirt and scratches, etc.
Features
■6 sizes available
The ring shapes are available in different sizes. You can choose from 6 models with outer diameters from φ85 to φ353.
■Uses power LED
Uses high brightness power LED. The amount of light has been significantly increased by 3 to 5 times compared to conventional models.
■7 standard emitting colors
Seven colors are available as standard: white, red, green, blue, infrared (850nm, 940nm), and natural white.
■Heat dissipation through the case
A heatsink-shaped case is used. It is also effective against heat generation from LED elements.
