About This Product
LED lighting for industrial use and image processing "LED Luminar Series". We create a wide variety of reliable, stable lighting while fully drawing out the excellent characteristics of LEDs, such as long life, power savings, and a variety of colors. In addition to ring type, line type, and transmission type, you can choose from a complete lineup including spot lighting, fiber lighting series, and infrared/ultraviolet LED lighting.
■Direct irradiation flat ring type DR-FA SERIES Direct irradiation
LEDs are arranged in a ring shape without any tilt angle. The light from the element directly illuminates the object. This is especially effective when specularly reflected light is required. Each LED element emits light with a spread angle, but if they are installed too close, the center will be dark. With a wide range of emitting colors and various illumination shapes, it can be used for a variety of workpieces and detection purposes.

Features
■Ring-shaped lighting with no tilt angle
There is no tilt angle for the LED. The irradiation surface becomes more ring-shaped. Ideal for imaging using specularly reflected light.
■A variety of lighting colors are available
White, red, green, blue, infrared (850nm, 940nm, etc.) and ultraviolet (365nm, 375nm, 400nm, etc.) colors are available as standard. Emission colors can be easily selected according to the inspection target and purpose. You can choose the emission wavelength for infrared and ultraviolet light.
■A variety of ring diameter sizes are available.
We have a variety of types available, from small area irradiation types to large irradiation types. You can choose depending on the size of the subject, lens diameter, distance to the subject, etc.
■Please consult us regarding outer diameter and inner diameter.
The lighting conditions required vary depending on the subject and purpose. NISSIN ELECTRONICS INDUSTRIES can also manufacture non-standard products, such as changing the outer diameter and inner diameter, and lighting with increased light intensity.
