About This Product

By interlocking the servo motor on the press side and the servo motor on the feeder side, products on multi-sided layout sheets can be punched with high precision while being fed at any specified pitch. It has the following features in terms of operation and control, using digital servo control using an AC servo motor and touch panel/manual pulse handle operation.

■Press departmentThe underdrive system has a highly rigid 4-column structure, making it a highly stable mechanism. Additionally, the top dead center, intermediate point, bottom dead center, and depth of cut can be easily set to any position in 0.1/0.01mm increments using the manual hand handle. A positioning pin (driven by an air cylinder) is installed in the mold, the press is stopped once at the pin protrusion position (midpoint), and the punching operation is performed after the pin is inserted securely, which prevents the product work from lifting up. Stable punching is possible.

The press can set the depth of cut two times in a row. In addition, the cutting speed can be selected from high or low, allowing a variety of continuous cutting settings.

■Feeder sectionThe pitch can be set arbitrarily. Also, if the data between pitches is the same, the repeat function can simplify input. It is also possible to set the positioning pin in and out, and make delicate settings while checking the sensor position.

Test operation is possible in data creation mode, so you can check the created data. You can also modify points.
