About This Product
This device is suitable for manufacturing sheet-like products and reinforcing plates, and has a processing function that punches strip-shaped reinforcing plates/reinforcing film products used in flexible printed circuit boards while being moved by a work feeder on two XY axes. This is an added press machine.
■Press department
Equipped with an AC servo motor of 11kw (15ton), it is now possible to handle a wider variety of products. The press has a highly rigid 4-column underdrive system, making it a highly stable mechanism. Additionally, the following special functions have been added to the basic functions of the press.
■Waiting time (timing setting)
1. Waiting for the intermediate point: Stop the slide at the intermediate point and prepare the cutting jig.
2. Waiting for the bottom of the cut: The outline of the punch and the punched workpiece are held stably within the mold.
3. Waiting for pushback: Stabilizes the return of the workpiece when pulling out using the pushback method.
■Selection of cutting operation
① Low speed cutting: Bottom dead center at high speed → Bottom of cut at low speed → Top dead center at high speed
② Double depth of cut: Bottom dead center at high speed → Bottom of cut at high/low speed → Bottom dead center at high speed → Bottom of cut at high/low speed → Top dead center at high speed
■Feeder section
The feeder section is a lightweight X/Y-axis transport table made up of a stepping motor and a ball screw, and it is possible to efficiently process products by setting and registering coordinates.
■Work origin (HOME)
Can be set at any position. This allows you to easily shift the setting program.
■Position data
It is possible to set absolute values or relative (incremental) values based on the work origin. (Effective stroke X-axis: 200mm/Y-axis: 300mm)
