About This Product

■Ink emulsification tester

The ink emulsification tester is a device designed to observe the emulsification state between offset ink dampening water and ink, and to measure the water content inside the ink. This device measures emulsification by driving three rolls: an ink mixing roll, a drive roll, and an acrylic roll. This device was originally calibrated from an ink emulsifying device and a moisture measuring device, and is a sufficient measuring device to understand the characteristics of offset ink.
