About This Product

■Nanoimprint Nanoimprinting is attracting attention as a technology that presses extremely finely machined molds of several tens to hundreds of nanometers onto resin or glass to produce large quantities of parts with the same shape in a short period of time. The method is broadly divided into the thermosetting method, which softens with heat and then cools and hardens, and the photocuring method, which uses UV curing resin and hardens it with UV light. ■Model TMR-02 This device uses an EB exposure device to form a nanopattern on a small diameter roll (Φ30) of a roll imprint mold. The nanopattern is engraved on a large diameter roll (Φ150) using a heat curing method and a UV curing method to enlarge the pattern on the small diameter roll. This is a test roll imprint device that transfers the nanopattern of this large diameter roll mold onto a film.
