Nanoimprinting is attracting attention as a technology that presses extremely finely machined molds of several tens to hundreds of nanometers onto resin or glass to produce large quantities of parts with the same shape in a short period of time. Many of the imprint devices that we have manufactured so far have been relatively large, and we have not been able to improve the problems that exist with imprint devices in the world, such as burdening research costs and securing installation space. did. Therefore, we have created a small device that takes up as little laboratory space as possible, and that can be used for research under a variety of conditions. This device is mainly designed for university research and experiments, and we created a nanoimprint device of this size by eliminating the image that nanoimprint devices are expensive to install, and also taking into consideration the size and usability of the device. The imprint method uses a light curing method, which allows logging of graphs and table data. Why not experiment with new technology and make prototypes and production easier than ever before?
