■Overview of High Shear Rotational Viscometer
The High Shear Rotational Viscometer is a cylindrical rotational viscometer that measures the viscosity under high shear for high-speed coatings such as paper coating fluids. By detecting the force, torque, and rotational speed transmitted to the cup, the viscous substance (viscosity) can be determined.
In addition, this device uses a computer to measure and process data in real time, instantly processing data such as shear rate, apparent viscosity, pseudoplastic viscosity, disintegration coefficient, coating suitability index, and thixotropy. Data can be displayed on a printer or display as needed, and data can also be stored and saved.

The High Shear Rotational Viscometer can now be connected to a PC, and by linking with Excel, data can be acquired on the screen. Also, since data can be obtained in real time, the status of the share rate can now be determined immediately. The OS is compatible with Windows2000, WindowsXP, and Windows7.
