■Single-wafer coater
This is a test coater that can uniformly perform blade, wire bar, application, and short dwell coatings on small samples in a short time, and can perform hot air drying and infrared drying. We have a track record of delivering many products to paper manufacturing companies, and we have also delivered them overseas. This is a useful testing machine that can perform both coating and drying in one machine.
The single wafer coater was selected as a Chiba Monodzukuri certified product in 2009. In addition to our track record, this device has received an award from Chiba Prefecture.

This is a single-fed coater with a lower speed than high-speed single-fed coaters. The medium speed type single wafer coater mainly uses a wire bar as the coating jig. Coating conditions, coating speed, hot air drying temperature, and air volume can be set.
