A blade or wire bar is used to uniformly coat a small amount of sample in a short time on a single sheet. After coating, a series of processes including hot air and infrared drying are performed automatically. This is an innovative test coater that allows you to adjust various parameters, including coating and drying conditions, as well as the intermediate route, in order to simulate the actual machine.
The equipment consists of a coating head that precisely coats the sheet with a blade or wire bar, a coating table that feeds the sheet at a constant coating speed, and a dryer that instantly dries the coated sheet. configured. The control panel that controls them is available at hand, and the touch panel monitor allows for intuitive operation.
This machine can be used in a variety of fields, including quality control at paper mills, research on paper chemicals and special films, and prototype development of batteries and electronic component electrodes.
