About This Product

■What is a vacuum mixer?

This is a research stirrer that enables small-volume stirring, emulsification, dispersion, and mixing while maintaining a vacuum inside the stirring glass container. The stirring motor rotates at a maximum of 15,000 rpm, and the low-speed stirring section rotates the scraper on the container wall at a maximum of 100 rpm, allowing for simultaneous convective stirring and scraping, as well as a double jacket structure that allows sample cooling.

■Applications of vacuum mixer

In the cosmetics industry, it is common to use a vacuum mixer while stirring to avoid bubbles from melting into the sample. Since it can also stir anaerobic samples under vacuum, it is useful as a mixer for stirring under special conditions. It has been used for dispersing fuel cell catalysts, large-capacity capacitors, separator catalysts, carbon dispersion, etc.
