■Principle of ultrasonic homogenizer
The ultrasonic homogenizer consists of an oscillator and a vibrator. The principle of ultrasonic dispersion is that the output sent from an oscillator is converted into vibration by a vibrating element inside the vibrator, and the tip at the tip of the vibrator generates longitudinal vibrations approximately 20,000 times per second. When this vibration is performed in a liquid, pressure is repeatedly applied and depressurized in the liquid, and vacuum bubbles are repeatedly generated and burst in the liquid.
The moment a vacuum bubble bursts or collapses in the liquid, a large shock wave occurs, creating large turbulence in the liquid, and the particles in the liquid are torn off or collided with each other, making them atomized.
